To change your pic, go on "Profile" on the top of the page then choose "Modify Profile" then you will be able to choose betwen a massive amount of "avatars"(which it may be the pics you're talking of) and the "skin" which is the color than the sit itself will have.

And for the maps*, you can't see the ranking section while your on because you only got 2 posts** for now. But after you post 10 times, you'll be able to put your maps!

Maps: stuff like packs and levels.
Posts: it's the number of time you sended a reply.
