Come on guys, this is the off-topic board! The laws of the internet state that all threads have to go off-topic after a length of time t. (Note that these are separate from the laws of the Internet, and the rules of the internet. Completely separate.)
There is a proportional law to the size of t, but I sha'n't go into that. Basically, it's determined largely by the title of the thread (i.e. fail --> win), which occurs incredibly suddenly, or the posts, a much slower and more subtle process, which is apparently what happened here. (Ahh, I love the internet)
These rules are undenyable, much like the laws of physics. That's what I love about the off-topic board, to be honest. You never know what'll happen to your threads... if you want the topic to stay, post it in General or something. :3
