Ahh, okay. I used Paint.NET to make some avatars for some forums. I also used it to make team banners for some... teams... that do stuff...

Well you can't find full option website animators that easy.. except for Photoshop you know.
Adobe did it.

Heh, yeah...
Well, there is one animation thing, I know of, easy to use, it's called Pivot. You can't really make art with it, but it makes animations easy... I think BM made his avatar with it.
