Rules:
Here are the rules, respect them or you will get these consequences:
-Warning
-Temporary ban
-Permanent ban
Now here are the rules:

1-No double posting, this count also for triple and over it.

2-No agressive talk to members/staffs/guests

3-No overuse of smilies(3 max by posts)

4-Use the respective Boards(no stickarena stuffs on the board discution!)

5-Make a thread that make sense, not things like a whole thread to say you're cute.

6-Use proper grammar, or at least so we could understand, not things like: R U 4 tat hoke gam?

7-Also, NO cAP lOCK, don't type only with capital letters.

8-Don't bump(it mean posting to see your thread upper).

9-You know what mean On-topic, it mean to follow the topic correctly.

10-Do not post any porn, good or bad, you can look at that on your own free time. Not here.

11-No trouble here! That mean if someone start yelling something bad at you, don't answer him the same way! Ask a moderator to help you instead!

12-Don't steal the ideas of the outer people. Any of them means an extremly high warning with high consequenses.

13-No recruitment and/or advertising for other forums, we're anyway not realy popular for a forum.

14-Respect people that speaks other languages or are from a different region, I'm a french canadian and I'm even not supposed to talk in english.

15-Stay ok for the people with low rank, you may not know, but it doesn't mean than he doesn't talk right or make good map than he's stupid.

16-Don't post with single words such as: "Yeah!" There must at least have 5 words in your post. This is for people that try to get their post count higher. Try to have a proper meaning to your post other than agreeing with someone!

17-Signautres should not be too large. A too large signature will be modified! To know how large it should be, simply look at the staffs, it should be like that!

Now for new members, you might readied some words that seams strange, I'll put the words in and a description with an image of it and how to change it(if needed) but remember, the images are from my "skin"(forum color) I chose, but people should understand what it is... So here are many of these words:

Posts
Image:
Description: A Post is the text you've sent, private messaging people doesn't count as posts, and also, a count of the number of posts you made is set under your name and informations. Also, keep in mind than some places(boards) doesn't count the posts for some reasons, the places are the "boards" I'll put below:
-Off-topic
-Testing
-Poll Adding
So sending a "post" in these places doesn't make you posts count higher and you wont be higher in ranks.
How to modify: To modify a post, there should be a MS paint thing at the up-right corner of the post you submitted. Click on it and you will return to a page where you can re-put the thing you missed.

Category

Description: Categories are sections of different sort of talking, we got one for general stuffs, one for gaming things, one to send our maps, one for senior members and one for staffs! Some of those categories doesn't allow some sort of members for some reasons. The categories and what it allow:
-Ranking, allow users with 10 posts and higher to send maps and allow guests to view other members maps but not sending their maps.
-Senior members, only allow members with 500 posts and higher and let the staffs and let the member of the month.
-Staffs Only, allow only members with powers to talk together.

Boards

Description: Boards are the places where you talk of different stuffs. The site works like that: The Forum contain Categories, a Category contain Boards, a Board contain threads and a thread contain posts!

Threads
Image:
Description: Threads are some sort of house of posts. You have a specific subject in each threads that you must follow. After clicking on a board, you should see a bunch of choices which are threads. People make threads if they want to talk of something in a real point.
How to modify: To modify a thread, you must first make sure you're the one who made it, then modify the post you accompanied with. Then you will be able to modify your thread!

Karma

Description: Karma is the way the member see you. If you made some good things like you've made awesome comics, or you helped a member, you could gain Karma. But in the outer hand, if you disrespect members and said too much time that the map sucks, you'll gain a bad karma. It's like the light side and the dark side in star wars but it's more serious. You can have 98 021 karma as you can have -47 326(that means there's no limit for karmas).
How to modify: To modify it, you will see two links below the karma, they change it. Exalt will give 1 karma to the dude and submit will decrease it by 1. You can't always change karma, once you putted a karma to someone, you will have to wait an hour before changing again a karma.

Avatars

Description: Avatars are images that show what kind of person you are. Lot of people put avatars for their favorite games(like me), but some put avatars to show their personalities(like spe with this one above). So people who are funny put funny avatars, while those who have a weird mind may put something weirdo.
How to modify: To modify your Avatar, go on "Profile" on the top of the page, then go on "Modify Profile" then choose the avatar that reflect your personalities and your game!

Skins

Description: Skins are the color you want to have on the site. As seen previously, I prefer the DiseasedProduction Skin, but you guys can choose something else if you like it the original style, in some fashion colors, in sorts like myninjakiwi or a particular color like turquoise and cyan!
How to change: Go on "profile" then go on "Modify Profile" and search for skins. You can't create a skin unless you have power or ask for a specific color. But anyway, you still got lot of skins and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't find one that will conquer your desires!

Ban
Image: DEATH ZONE!!!!!!!!!
Description: Banning if the fact of kicking out Barney of the bar (Simpson's), in other words, it's the fact of locking your account for a period because of some reasons.

PMing
Image:
Description: PM is short for Private Message which is sending a message to the account of someone so he can read it and no-body can.
How to do so: Click on the little icon you will see below the avatar of the member profile.

Stickying
Image:
Description: Sticky is putting a thread on the top of the board's page and keeping it there for good reasons. This keep the thread on the view of everyone.

Locking

Description: Locking keep everyone to post on the thread that has a reason to stop posts

Here, it is only the basic rules of the MMF, nothing more.

Rules:
1. No Spamming, guests who come might forget about joining our site because of spambots.
2. Don't misspell or make grammatical or comprehensive mistakes so the readers/users can understand what you are talking about.
3. Don't post off-topic in any threads, so they don't end up as an epic fail.
4. Don't double/multi post because your post count will increase in an illegal way.
5. Don't use a lot of smileys in your post so it doesn't become not worth reading.
6. Post/make threads under the right board so the people who are viewing get missed up.
7. Don't use CAPS Lock while typing, because people might think that you are insulting them or using an aggressive way with the person you are replying to.
8. No pointless threads, please, the site got a point, and if you can't find a suitable category, so just put it in the Off-Topic Board.
9. New members must be welcomed and well treated in their stay here.
10. Don't be tough with people because they did something that is wrong or whatever, just tell them the right thing to do.
11. No insulting people with lower ranks, those people may be better than you, and who knows, maybe one day he will get a higher rank than you.
12. No argument in any kind of threads, complaints must be received by a PM sent to an administrator or moderator.
13. Don't make your signature very big, make it neutral, so it doesn't take much space when posted. Too big signatures will be modified by an administrator.
14. Single word posts will be deleted!
15. Don't exalt or smite karma for no reason please.
