If your in the off-topic forum, it doesn't mean you can spam as you wish, follow the rules but you only can double post since posts doesn't count here. Enjoy! 
Sorry, I'll put the rules that are disable and the ones that are still enable in the off-topic boards:
X=Disabled
O=Still enable in any off-topicness!
X-No double posting, this count also for triple and over it.
O-No agressive talk to members/staffs/guests
X-No overuse of smilies(3 max by posts)
X-Use the respective Boards(no stickarena on the board discution!
X-Make a thread that make sense, no things like a whole thread to say you're cute.
X-Use proper grammar, or at least so we could understand, no thing like: R U 4 tat hoke gam?
X-Also, NO cAP lOCK, don't type only with capital letters.
X-Don't bump(it mean posting to see your thread upper).
X-You know what mean On-topic, it mean to follow the topic correctly.
O-Do not post any porn, good or bad, you can look at that on your own free time. Not here.
O-Don't get in anger because a dude called you a name. If it got a real point, send it to a moderator or a administrator.
O-Don't steal the ideas of the outer people. Any of them mean a extremly high warning with high consequenses.
O-No recruitment and/or advertising for other forums, we're anyway not a high popular forum.
O-Don't taugh a dude because of it's language, I'm french and I'm even not supposed to talk in english.
O-Stay ok for the people with low rank, you may not know, but it doesn't mean than he doesn't talk right or make good map than he's stupid.
X-Don't post with single words such as: "Yeah!" There must at least have 10 words in your post, if not, you'll be warned on each posts under 10 words. Also, your post must have a real subject. No things like: Oh umm... I think it's great, and well... that's it!
You didn't made anything in those short... 1, 2... 12 words! Say it like: I think it's great, but improve the flow of time!
That's a... 3, 4, 5... 11 words which is more acceptable than the one above!!! I'll add a smiley on this because it's the one most people here are having trouble with!
X-Signautres should not be too large. A too large signature will be modified!
